Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
• Achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining margin discipline
• Acquire and manage pharmacy, clinic, and hospital accounts
• Drive customer retention and increase order value through strategic product mix.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer performance
• Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical regulations and company policies

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Business, Marketing, or related field
• 2–5 years’ experience in pharmaceutical sales/distribution
• Strong understanding of pricing, margins, and supply chain dynamics
• Proficiency in CRM systems and data-driven sales management
